  • Production Times: Once your order is confirmed, it is typically produced and prepared for shipment within 2-8 business days. Production time may vary depending on factors such as the time of year, product stock availability, and order volume.

  • Delivery Times: After production is completed, standard delivery typically takes between 2-8 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal factors.

  • Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on all Extreme Pin products worldwide.

  • Address Changes and Order Cancellations

    • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order enters production. Once production begins, address changes may no longer be possible.

    • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before production begins. After production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    • Defective Products: If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photographic evidence of the issue so our support team can assist you further.

    • Customer Change of Mind (Return/Exchange): Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or if the customer changes their mind regarding the color, size, or design.

    • Return Process: For defective products, you do not need to return the item. Instead, we will offer either a free reprint of the item or a full refund upon verification of the defect. Refunds will be credited to your Extreme Pin account balance and can be transferred back to your original payment method.

    Reshipment Policy

    • Lost Orders: If your order is lost or undelivered, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a reshipment.
