Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund and Return Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Exemptions:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

2. Return Process

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you should not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow the return process outlined below:

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at info@extremepin.com to initiate the return process.
  • Step 2: Once we approve the return, send your product to our return address.
  • Step 3: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above.

Important Notes:

  • If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement based on your preference.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will either provide a free reprint or a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm the refund isn’t processed yet.
  2. Contact your credit card company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank: Some banks have a processing time before refunds appear.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@extremepin.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@extremepin.com with the details.


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.


9. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
